Returning goods within 7 days without reason: You may be eligible to return or exchange goods that you have purchased from the official website within 7 days after receiving your products. This can be done by contacting our team and providing us with your order number, product photos and other related details. Our team will handle your application as soon as possible.

It is a requirement that the order is returned without traces of use. It must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed and in an unaltered condition. All relevant accessories in the original packaging as well as the original shipping invoice should also be returned with the order; otherwise, we may not be able to provide you with a full refund or, may reject the request for return or exchange.

If you receive the wrong or items that are defective, please contact our team parabataiofficial@gmail.com to apply for exchange or return of goods within 7 days from the day you receive the goods.

Parabatai will handle the returned goods within 7 working days upon receiving the returns. Following this, we will arrange a refund or exchange and will inform u of the progress via e-mail. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. The amount of time will depend on your bank. The exchange will also depend on the inventory upon receiving the goods back. If the item is out of stock, we will compensate you a refund. Please note, that processing times may vary or be delayed due to varying events or circumstances. Thank you for understanding.

The retuning products that do not meet our return policy expectations will be returned to you, and all relevant expenses will also be required to be paid by you.

If the return is due to the buyer, you will also be responsible for the fees associated with shipping, borders, taxes and any other associated fees.

Please do pack the returned goods properly. Before signing the return package, the buyer will need to provide the tracking number and shall take responsibility of the goods during transportation. Therefore, it is important that you choose a reliable and trackable courier company. Parabatai will not be responsible for any damage or loss of returned goods during shipping.
