SHIPPING POLICY - ORDER & DELIVERY

Courier methods will differ according to the location, region or country of the buyer. It is essential that the buyer provides us with the correct delivery information and a valid shipping address that can be accessed by local courier companies. We do apologise as the shipment process no longer becomes under our control once products are shipped from the warehouse. If any problems beyond the seller’s control (e.g. issues associated with the courier address, and inaccurate address) arise, the sellers shall not be held responsible for any delays; any delays and costs arising from modifying the address; when a delivery or package delay or loss is caused by the local courier company. We will do our best to approach the courier company and assist with the problem as soon as possible.
Delivery information
The buyer will need to provide their correct delivery information, including e-mail address, telephone number, and shipping address. Upon confirmation of an order, a message will be sent out to your phone and e-mail. Please check your email and ensure your phone number is correct, so that our staff or courier staff can get in touch with you.

We do try our best to offer our services globally. However, it is necessary that we have your correct details. If the order will be shipped overseas, please provide your country code. Please also make sure that the shipping address is written in English, any address written in other languages will result in delay. The requirements for delivery information vary in different countries. From order placement, to receiving your order, the sellers may require the buyer to provide more relevant information needed for successful delivery.
Delivery and tracking
Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your unique order number. If problems arise while processing the order, we will get in touch with you via e-mail to explain the reasoning. We may also ask you to provide more relevant information.

You will receive confirmation through email and number after you have successfully placed an order. After this, your order will be processed within 14 days. As soon as your order is shipped from the warehouse, you will then receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You may also click ‘my order’ on ‘my account’ to check the progress of your order, and to check your tracking number. Since the products will be shipped by varying courier companies, you can check the status of your order using the link provided and the courier number indicated in the email.
